On the way home from work I caught BBC4 Front Row on radio, with an interview of Benedict Cumberbatch.

• The prosody of his natural talking voice sounds very different to either Sherlock (or Cabin Pressure), so much so that I didn't recognize him at first.


• He is doing Hamlet at the Barbican next summer and, woes of woe, it's sold out already.


• He is currently filming the second series of Hollow Crown, playing Richard III, but it's not coming out til 2016, I think.
