Sharon just broke my heart. This is a proceduraly,no? It's not supposed to make me feel feels all the time. Between this, Rusty getting grilled on the stand, and then slam-dunkin' the letters into admission, this episode wrecked my heart.

Totally! And, on a slightly different note, the actor who portrays Rusty is outstanding - with emotional scenes like that's it's not uncommon that I just fall right out of it because it feels acted and artifical, but that has not happened once to me in Rusty's arc, he just does confused badass teen with a side of pain so well.

Major Crimes has been all about the platonic love story between Sharon and Rusty for me. I absolutely love the way they are handling this relationship.
