Random Radio Rec

On my way to work yesterday I was listening to an interview with this fashion guy. I only knew him from pictures in my TV guide and thought he looked like he would be really annoying, irritating and OTT (yes, I know, judgmental much). Well, I was very wrong.

In this interview he talks about his life, the ups, the downs and the in-between stuff, in the most unassuming way. Very touching, honest, sad and uplifting all at the same time without ever going mushy. And the guy has great taste in music, too.

I'm a big sucker for radio, there is just something about the intimacy and immidiacy of a disembodied voice that, - when it works well - creates a much stronger and more personal emotional response than visual media can.
